Navigating Mum Rage

14 days to calm your mum rage and give yourself compassion when things go wrong, so you snap less and actually enjoy time with your kids.

More patience won’t fix your anger. Learning your triggers will.

You're here because...

✧ You love your kids, but lately it feels like your temper has a life of its own.

You’re juggling so much, and even something small, like shoes left in the hallway, can tip you over the edge.

You find yourself snapping, shouting, or saying something you wish you hadn’t, even though you swore this morning would be different.

And after? Guilt. Shame. Self-criticism.

You replay it all in your head thinking, “Why can’t I just stay calm?”

Maybe you think you’re the only one who feels this angry.

Maybe you’ve hidden it, embarrassed you’re the only one who seems to shout, snap or feel that red-hot rage (you’re not).

Or maybe, with 14 days of guided support, you’ll begin to understand your anger in a new way - and start building tools that help you move through those moments with more calm, ease, and connection.

Navigating Mum Rage is for mums who...

Want to understand why their anger shows up, so they can respond differently.

Are tired of carrying the mental load of motherhood, doing a million things at once, and being the one who snaps when it all gets too much.

Have tried the deep breaths and “coping techniques” but can’t remember them when stress hits.

Want practical, in-the-moment tools they can actually remember to use when anger creeps up.

It's your turn to...

✧ Recognise the build-up before rage explodes.

✧ Know what you personally need when anger rises.

✧ Have tools that you actually remember under pressure.

✧ Swap guilt and shame for calm and compassion.

Let’s make that happen.

What changes in 14 days...

✧ This isn’t about never losing it again. It’s about recognising anger sooner and knowing how to handle it, so it happens less and feels easier to move through.

✧ You won’t just know more about your anger; you’ll know what to do when it starts to bubble up.

✧ You’ll have tools that fit your real life: the school run, the bedtime chaos, and the 6pm meltdowns because they skipped the nap.

✧ You’ll feel calmer, lighter, and confident that you can handle whatever the day throws at you.

You’ll know how to shift from guilt to self-compassion after tough moments, and repair with your kids in a way that strengthens connection.

In two weeks, you’ll have the foundations, confidence, and tools to navigate anger in a calmer, more intentional way.

Hi, I'm Katie.

I'm a psychotherapist who helps mums go from “I’m a bad parent” shame spirals to actually feeling calm, in control, and connected to their kids.

You don’t need another “just breathe” checklist. You need a framework that helps you understand your triggers, use tools that work in the moment, and show yourself compassion when things go wrong.

That’s exactly what we’ll do together inside Navigating Mum Rage.

How it works

This is real-life, doable support you can fit between school runs and bedtime battles.

Mums are often handed “coping techniques,” but so many tell me they can’t use them when it actually matters. In my experience, they’re often most helpful once we understand our triggers and can recognise the thoughts, feelings, and physical signals that show we’re reaching our limit.

Inside this 14-day course, we start there first. We gently explore your personal pressure points and early warning signs, so you can recognise what you need before you hit that point of explosion. From there, the calming tools become more effective, because you’ll know when to reach for them, and what genuinely helps you feel more regulated, supported, and grounded.

Each day you’ll receive a short video from me (always under 10 minutes), along with an optional exercise to help you apply what you’re learning. All lessons are pre-recorded, so you can watch them whenever it works for you - and I’ll be available at set times every day for support, guidance, and any questions that pop up.

Over 14 days, you’ll:

Identify your top three pressure points and how they trigger rage.

Learn a simple psychotherapy framework to understand what’s happening in your brain and body.

Explore your relationship with anger and why certain situations feel so intense.

Learn from a menu of realistic calming tools, so you can choose what works for you, not a one-size-fits-all fix.

Use a simple framework to ease guilt, access self-compassion, and repair with your kids in a way that strengthens connection.

All with daily feedback and support from me - someone

who’s right there in the depths of motherhood too.

You'll walk away with...

A clear understanding of why your anger and rage show up.

✧ Confidence to spot your pressure points earlier and handle them differently.

✧ A set of strategies chosen by you, so they actually work under stress.

A simple way to process guilt, find compassion for yourself, and repair with your kids when things go wrong.

✧ A calmer home life and more joyful moments with your kids.
